Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were spacious and included excellent club access services, adding value to my stay. The service, while mostly pleasant, felt a bit impersonal at times, but the assistant front desk manager, Christa, stood out for her fantastic attention to detail. The location was ideal, striking the perfect balance between being close to attractions without the hustle and bustle. However, the dining options left much to be desired, prompting me to explore alternatives outside the hotel.
I stayed at this hotel recently and had a bit of a mixed experience. The location is great, just a few blocks away from the madness of Times Square, making it easy to get around Manhattan. The rooms, specifically on the front left-hand side of the building, were a letdown with issues like a broken shower door and malfunctioning shower heads. The service, however, was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make my stay pleasant.
My stay was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very clean and spacious, providing a deluxe experience on the eighth floor. However, the noise levels both inside and outside the hotel were quite high. The service was friendly and attentive, although there were some minor mishaps. The location was fantastic, conveniently close to major landmarks but away from the chaos. The dining options were satisfying, but not exceptional. Overall, a decent stay with both highlights and drawbacks.
The hotel offers a spacious and well-appointed room, with an exceptionally comfortable bed and good soundproofing. The location is brilliant, just a few blocks away from Times Square, making it a perfect base for exploring New York City. The dining options are relaxing and provide a variety of choices. However, not all service encounters were consistently friendly.
The hotel has its ups and downs. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but the staff could be more attentive. The location is convenient in midtown, but lacks some authenticity. Dining offers good options, yet can be pricey. The facilities are decent overall.
The hotel is perfectly located in central Manhattan, close to major attractions and with stunning lobby areas to relax. The rooms, though small without chairs, are well-equipped and the concierge service is exceptional. However, the dining options can be quite pricey, and some amenities may come with additional charges.
I cannot recommend the rooms enough; they were beautifully appointed in true four-star fashion, and the club access was a real treat with a full range of services all day long. However, the service fell short of expectations, especially from the housecleaning staff. The location is brilliant, just a few blocks away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square but close to all the attractions. Dining options were on the expensive side, but the quality was top-notch. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money given its facilities and central location.
The hotel room was overlooking the quiet side street, providing enough daylight and privacy, making it a lovely experience. However, the poor lighting was a downside, with just a few lamps in the room.
My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The rooms were super luxurious, spacious, and incredibly clean, making my time in New York extra comfortable. The service was top-notch, with very friendly and accommodating staff. The location was fantastic, walking distance from many attractions, and the facilities were excellent. However, the dining experience could be improved in terms of variety. Overall, a great value for the quality provided.
